 A light manufacturing company and leader in its sector seeks an
experienced, energetic and hands-on team leader  

Main Responsibilities
Plan, organize and direct all routine and corrective maintenance exercises.
Assign, monitor and oversee duties of the maintenance department.
Achieve set targets for service delivery, repairs and cleanliness.
Act as relief for operations when required
Ensure adherence to general company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Skills
Diagnostic, mechanical and/or electrical skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Minimum Requirements
Certification in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
Min. 3 years’ hands-on experience in maintenance.

Annual Compensation
Dependent on Certification and Experience
 Range $2m to $2.8m
