Job Title:  Operations Manager (HR)

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will lead the overall service delivery of all EVE GY services including the data management of the organization, liaise with the EVE TT team for optimum service delivery, support the placement and recruitment teams, all departments and work closely with the Country Manager to build strong stakeholder relationships. Being aware of latest trends and sharing knowledge with the wider EVE community to add value to our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities and Key Activities
• Develop, manage and execute the strategic and operational plan for the organization’s Data and Content Management functions aligned to the business’s goals and objectives
• Design, monitor and improve the organization’s Data and Content Management approaches, standards, technologies and practices to ensure that they are running effectively and meeting the business needs
• Manage the functions and processes regarding data, ensure the protection and preservative of business continuity, financial data and decision making
• Conduct routine system operations audits with all officers
• Conduct training on the use of electronic information database services
• Ensure all established Policies, Standards, Operating Procedures, Guidelines and Compliance Monitoring of the organizations are current and applicable to market and procedures compliant to laws of jurisdiction
• Assist with the management of the Temporary Candidates as it relates to HR/IR concerns and escalate as required
• Support all SECTOR development especially in the Energy Recruitment portfolio
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Candidate Relationship Database.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
• Develop strong client relationships to achieve growth objectives
• Prepare and submit RFP, RFQ, RFT and proposals to clients for services
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Ensures that written performance evaluations of supervised employees are completed as required, provides continuous feedback on personnel performance issues, and takes immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems.
• Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests and provide support for proposal management where appropriate
• Support HR services as required including resume development and career guidance and outreach programs
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Motivate and manage the operations team
• Develop Candidate outreach programs to build database and relationships
• Additional functions may be essential as designated by the CM
