We are looking for a responsible, dedicated and efficient team player to join the Operations Team to perform data entry and administrative functions.
The Operations Assistant is responsible for performing data entry and administrative duties that directly support the Operations Co-ordinator and Operations Department. The incumbent will be part of the team responsible for maintaining efficient databases and operational functions. All activities must conform to organizational guidelines and standards and to all legal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Assist with data entry of operational reports on a daily and weekly basis such as but not limited to: -
2) Print and copy documents as necessary.
3) Type correspondence as necessary.
4) Assist with stock taking activities and maintenance items.
5) Filing of documents.
6) Perform other duties related to the job function as may be assigned by Management.
