Overview:

Promoting medical and dental products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within a designated territory. This role involves building relationships with doctors, dentists, and other healthcare providers to educate them about the benefits of specific products and encourage their use in clinical practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of HCPs within the assigned territory.
    • Plan and execute effective sales calls and visits to HCPs.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products being promoted, including their indications, contraindications, and dosage.
    • Stay updated on the latest scientific research and industry trends related to the products.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to HCPs, highlighting the benefits and advantages of the products.
    • Address questions and concerns from HCPs effectively.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.
    • Understand the needs and preferences of HCPs in the territory.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and expense claims.
    • Attend company meetings and training sessions.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
