The eCommerce Support Specialist is a critical point of contact for incoming eCommerce projects and inquiries from our partners. You will be a primary contact by email/phone for managing communication across multiple platforms, fielding customer calls and helping customers with other daily tasks.

Job Summary:

Proforma is seeking an eCommerce Support Specialist to join our eCommerce team.  The eCommerce Support Specialist is a critical point of contact for all incoming eCommerce projects and inquiries from existing and potential partners.  You will be a primary contact by phone or email for managing communication with customers across multiple eCommerce platforms, fielding customer calls and helping any other customer facing daily tasks required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our eCommerce capabilities
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products, order workflow and general technical capabilities
  • Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff across our 650 distributor partners
  • Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records and company information in multiple systems
  • Escalates customer service inquiries when necessary to the correct departments and management
  • Learn online systems, and technical aspect of order workflow
Qualifications:
Must have a first degree from an accredited University.

  • Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
