QA QC Technician - Mechanical

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Job Summary: Mechanical Technicians are responsible for generating daily update reports that comply with company reporting requirements. The ICT hardware will be provided by the contracting company.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Technician Diploma (or equivalent) in mechanical disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the operation and maintenance of valves, gearboxes, motors, pumps, actuators, and other industrial mechanical equipment.
• Competence in basic mechanical testing techniques such as vibration analysis and machinery balancing, with an understanding of their application and interpretation.

Reporting Functions:

• Generate daily update reports for offsite monitoring at the end of each shift and as required by the company.

Work Times:

• Normal Working Hours: 8 hours (Mon – Fri)
• Overtime: More than 8 hours (Mon – Fri; Sat, Sun, Public Holidays)
• Call-Outs: May be needed based on operational needs
• 12-hour shifts may apply at times
