The incumbent is responsible for Assisting the Manager - Marketing in all areas of Marketing and Public Relations and to perform administrative duties for the effective discharge of the function. The day-to-day operations of the Marketing Unit.

The National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica is inviting suitably qualified individuals to apply for the above-mentioned post.

 SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for Assisting the Manager - Marketing in all areas of Marketing and Public Relations and to perform administrative duties for the effective discharge of the function.  The day-to-day operations of the Marketing Unit.

 QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

The position requires the following qualifications/experience:

1. BSc or BA Degree or minimum Diploma Degree in Business or Marketing
2. Two (2) consecutive years in the Marketing Field
3. Certified Administration Professional (CAP) or Certified Professional Secretary (CPS)  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Other requirements include:

1. Sound knowledge of office procedures 
2. Good Business Acumen  
3. Knowledge of the Jamaican commercial sector Media  
4. Sound knowledge of Office Procedures, Records Management and Business Communication Skills  
5. Strong Organisational Skills 
6. Experience in Library Management would be an asset 
7. Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, specifically – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
8. Working knowledge in Microsoft Publisher. 
9. Basic Web Management Skills  
10. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats 
11. Strong Typing Skills
