JOB SUMMARY: The Line Cook prepares, cooks, and assembles dishes within their assigned area. They are responsible for creating high quality dishes according to set recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product. The Line Cook contributes to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, and keep check on inventory, requesting all food items required for food preparation. They have good organizational and time management skills and attention to detail and quality. | |
