JOB OPPORTUNITY at ZaZou Kitchen: We have an opening for one (1) motivated Line Chef to join the ZaZou team (a minimum of two years of experience is expected in a similar position)

 

 Job Description andExpected duties from a Line Chef- Chef de Partie

The Line Chef is responsible for the mise en place of his/her station, the execution of his/her duties during service times, in a timely manner and at a constant high standard . You are under the supervision of the Chef de Cuisine and the Sous Chef. The Line Chef is also responsible for the cleaning of his/ her station after service and respect of hygiene standards and cleanliness of the refrigerators. He/She informs the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef of what is needed to replenish the stock for the ordering with suppliers. It is also part of the Line Chef duty to assist other Chefs in the every day running of the kitchen operations as well as the general cleaning of the kitchen at the end of a shift.
