Learning Measurement Assistant Officer (K-JESS)

The L&D Learning Measurement Assistant Officer will be responsible for creating course exams and evaluations, generating multiple reports and focus group notes.

OVERVIEW:
KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  The Clients’ Learning & Development function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Learning Measurement process area.  Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back-office operations.


JOB SUMMARY: 
The L&D Learning Measurement Assistant Officer will be responsible for creating course exams and evaluations, generating multiple reports and focus group notes.  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Associates degree / 13th Grade
• At least six months working in a professional environment
