The KJESS Talent and Culture Workforce Shaping Operations Officer is responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures within the Client’s Talent and Culture Workforce Shaping Operations process area.

JOB SUMMARY:

The KJESS Talent and Culture Workforce Shaping Operations Officer is responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures within the Client’s Talent and Culture Workforce Shaping Operations process area. This position applies knowledge, independent judgment, and firm policies to complete moderate to complex HR processes. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

Support the onshore T & C Onboarding Team and Talent Development Team with the following:

• Monitor mailbox(es), managing data in SharePoint lists, mail merge functions and respond to questions and requests in support of the centralized HR support model.
• Take ownership and responsibility for the processing or completion of projects and tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
• Communicate with clients to arrange rehearsals, reviewing materials and prepare and load materials for sessions
• Moderate weekly virtual live sessions and handle audience technical questions during ​ the sessions.
• Create invitation lists and Orientation Planners for virtual sessions.
• Ensure that all presenters are prepared and comfortable in the virtual environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration from an accredited college/university or any other related field. 
• A minimum two years HR experience or equivalent.
