About the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for preparing core products as well as managing kitchen operations and food production by supervising, directing and coaching our team during the shift.  This position sets and maintains pace of the kitchen and service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains our production and par reports
  • Manages administrative duties for the kitchen area regarding key item inventory, waste, pars, & production schedule
  • Coordinate and control the daily operational processes, ensuring that all inputs are processed to meet projected demand while maintaining cost and quality standards on each shift
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Coach talent into becoming the best version of themselves

Qualifications & Experience

  •  NVQJ Level 3 Commercial Food Preparation.
  • Minimum one (1) year in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
  • Management Skills -  Production planning and control, quantity and quality food production, effective project management
