Restaurant Supervisors - May Pen & Ocho Rios

We are looking for bright, energetic and ambitious candidates to fill Supervisory positions at our May Pen and Ocho Rios locations.

Applicants must be able to:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to include but not limited to; inventory, cash and people management.
• Assist in managing all operational and service issues ensuring Mother’s standards of quality and service are met.
• Supervise scheduled shifts ensuring customer satisfaction through speed of service, product quality and cleanliness.
• Assume responsibility for the safe custody of the company’s stock, cash and fixed assets.
• Motivate, train and manage the workforce of between 30 and 40 individuals.
• Work on shifts, any day of the week.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• 4 CXC or GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, with a minimum of 6 months experience as a Supervisor; OR 2 CXC or GCE subjects including Mathematics and English Language with a minimum of 3 year’s supervisory management experience in a Restaurant or manufacturing environment.

Experience in a Restaurant or manufacturing environment will be a distinct advantage.
