Head - ABM Network Operations & Strategy

Core Functions

• Develop a long-term ABM Network strategy aligned with business goals, considering industry trends, optimizing budgets and profitability, prioritizing initiatives, and securing executive buy-in for a successful ABM network.

• Driving ABM network competitiveness through identifying and implementing new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation within the team, and staying updated on industry advancements.

• Lead the efficient delivery of ABM initiatives ("Run" and "Grow") through cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth implementation by overseeing project summaries, business cases, and communication with relevant teams.

• Oversee efficient ABM network operations (internal & vendor[1]partnered), implement supporting strategies, resolve issues promptly, streamline processes for better productivity, and collaborate for cash optimization.

• Secure optimal service, cost-effectiveness, and solutions for ABM operations by developing strategic vendor partnerships, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing vendor performance, and approving cost-effective invoices.

• Protect ABM network data and assets through robust security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and collaboration with IT and Enterprise Security to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement in ABM network performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through performance measurement, analysis, reporting, process improvement initiatives, and cost optimization.

• Build a high-performing ABM team through talent management, clear goals, effective communication, collaboration, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field; Master's Degree preferred.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in operational management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
