The ideal candidate will align our people and administrative programs with business objectives and ensure tasks are executed accurately and on time. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with an exemplary management skillset. You will oversee a professional team of specialists, driving outstanding results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations using Orange HRM.
• Set, monitor, and achieve HR targets.
• Plan and oversee annual HR and administrative activities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing and accuracy.
• Manage the Performance Management Cycle.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee office and facilities management functions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Management.
• Minimum five (5) years of HR experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory role.
• Strong business and organizational planning skills.
• Proven success in employee relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinkers with the ability to multitask effectively.
