We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Human Resource Manager to drive our HR initiatives and foster a culture of excellence. As a key strategic partner, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures inline with the organization’s goals and industry best practices.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.

• Handle employee relations matters, providing guidanceand support to employees and management.

• Design and deliver training programs to enhanceemployee skills and promote professional development.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs,ensuring competitive and equitable practices.

• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations,ensuring compliance and providing guidance tomanagement.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions,ensuring fair and consistent practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, andemployment laws.

• Strong understanding of recruitment and selectionprocesses.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle employee relationsmatters effectively and confidentially.

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

• Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits programs.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
