General Manager - Operations

As the General Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple QSR locations, ensuring they achieve excellence in customer service, employee development, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Operations: Oversee the daily operations of multiple QSR units to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
• Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and team members, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and brand standards across all locations.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service and address issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with franchise leadership to identify opportunities for expansion and improved operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in QSR management, including multi-unit operations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: Food safety/ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
