WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Central (Standard Office Environment Position)
• Warehouse (Standard Warehouse Environment Position)

PURPOSE OF JOB:

• Responsible for the preventive maintenance and repairs of all warehouse facilities and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Construct and repair fixtures, structures and equipment in the Club.
• Prepare and execute the preventive maintenance schedule for all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Assists in special club projects such as marketing, banners, installation of accessories, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, GED or Trade School. Degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) year experience in the technical maintenance field or similar area.
• Proficient in Spanish and/or English languages (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance equipment and forklifts.
• Valid driver’s license required.

OTHER TASKS:

• Monitors the STP Operation.
• Removal of trash during store hours and closing time.
• Secures equipment, fixtures, spare parts and tools.
• Conducts weekly fogging.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Basic Knowledge Air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to proactively identify, prioritize and resolve maintenance issues, and defects in facilities and equipment in coordination with the Facility Manager
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Good time management skills
