Electronic Bench Technician

The Electronic Bench Technician is responsible for the overall repairs of the electronic components of the slot machines department.

• The holder of this position will assist in the overall repair and maintenance of all EGM and gaming devices assigned to them for their location.
• As part of this position, customer service is vital, with the knowledge of discretion as it pertains to machine serviceability and operations.
• Interactions with customers and communication with staff members and management at location(s) are necessary.
• The Technician is expected to have a working knowledge of the devices and be able to explain these to employees and customers for better understanding and enjoyment of the Gaming Experience.

Principal Activities & Responsibilities

• Check for devices sent to the repair center for servicing.
• Ensures electronic test equipment is in working condition.
• Check for assigned work area.
• Check for special projects or schedule services to be performed.
• Has a basic understanding of EGM functions, settings, and features.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
