Customer Service Trainer- Full time

Mother’s Food Group is seeking to hire Customer Service Trainers for its Retail Operations Department. The Customer Service Trainer is responsible to develop training materials, plan and execute training sessions and facilitate on-the-job training.

Main Responsibilities

• Assess Customer Service training needs of all levels.
• Develop training materials for Customer Service training courses.
• Assist with the planning and designing of training programs.
• Deliver Customer Service training programs.
• Assess the impact of each training program.
• Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching.
• Visit Retail Outlets to assess service delivery.
• Provide monthly reports on training needs.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to lead and motivate staff at all levels
• Ability to train and coach staff according to service standards

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Certification in Food Service Management/ Business Administration
• 2 years Supervisory/Management experience in a restaurant or a similar environment
• Proven experience or exposure to training in customer service or related area
