We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales and improve performance.

Job Summary: The Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance within our Telecommunications lines of business ; focusing on fiber, TV, and mobile product sales. This role involves creating a high-performance sales culture, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, collaborating with supervisors to execute sales initiatives, and managing agents who are underperforming. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, sales-driven, and capable of leading a team to exceed sales goals.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets for fiber, TV, and mobile products.
  • Establish a culture of sales excellence through coaching, training, and motivational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create and execute action plans to improve sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide hands-on management and support for agents who are not meeting sales goals, implementing individualized development plans.
  • Partner with Training and Quality teams to ensure consistent messaging and best sales practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to supervisors and agents.
  • Develop incentive programs to motivate agents and drive results.
  • Ensure alignment with Altice's goals and maintain a strong relationship with the client.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of Altice products and services.
  • Familiarity with sales training methodologies.
