We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain high standards of service and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction & Service:

    • Greet and communicate warmly with customers, creating a welcoming environment.
    • Assist with check-ins, order-taking, and fulfilling customer needs such as preparing and serving food and beverages.
    • Deliver efficient service, adhering to time limits for product preparation and delivery.
    • Monitor flight schedules for VIP guests and assist with administrative tasks like printing documents.
  • Food Preparation & Presentation:

    • Follow company standards for recipes, portion sizes, food preparation, and product presentation.
    • Set up hot and cold lines, ensuring proper utensils and preparation table temperatures.
    • Conduct spot checks on preparation items and communicate product levels to management.
  • Health, Safety, and Hygiene:

    • Maintain compliance with health laws and company policies, including safe food handling.
    • Ensure personal hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
    • Maintain and clean workstations, dining areas, utensils, and equipment before and after service.
  • Operational Duties:

    • Stock workstations adequately before and after rush periods.
    • Observe all policies regarding product handling and employee meals.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Requirements:

  • Secondary-level education inclusive of Mathematics and English.
  • Certificate in Customer Service (an asset).

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ethical and customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
