The Intern will support the activities of the Communications and Social Impact Department in the development and execution of strategic plans to improve internal communication and engagement.

Objetive

The Intern will support the activities of the Communications and Social Impact Department in the development and execution of strategic plans to improve internal communication and engagement. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the ECO Learning Resource Centre activities including scheduling training and maintenace and performing administrative duties. 
  • Process and track payments and supplier information via SAP. 
  • Support donor activities. 
  • Manage the procurement and distrubition of promotional items. 
  • Assist with Social Media management including analytics and scheduling and posting of content. 
  • Creationt of a Photo and Video library. 
  • Administrative duties.
  • Any other duties required.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Creativity and Innovation.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media Management. 
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Social media: Facebook, LinkedIn and Instragram.
  • Google analytics.
