Command Centre Operator

The Command Centre Operator is responsible for monitoring, managing, and responding to all activities within the organization’s centralized operations hub.

• Operate and monitor all systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and communication tools.
• Track and log activities, incidents, and system statuses in real-time.
• Ensure adherence to operational protocols and safety standards.
• Respond to alarms, alerts, and system anomalies promptly.
• Assess situations and escalate incidents to appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Document and report all incidents, including corrective actions taken.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational updates and emergency notifications.
• Liaise with field teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response.
• Maintain clear, concise, and accurate communication during critical events.
• Perform routine system checks to ensure the reliability of all command centre equipment.
• Generate regular operational reports, including performance metrics and incident summaries.
• Identify and report system issues or areas for improvement.
