To provide support to the Property Management Team with all property and real estate matters regarding properties under the Company’s portfolio
Job Summary:
Leasing of all vacant properties
Monitoring and updating property database;
Routine property inspection and updating of checklist;
Property maintenance; Monitoring, Supervising and Planning;
Preparation of new spaces for tenants;
Monitoring of all lease covenants;
Preparation of weekly reports on property issues;
Attendance at weekly property meetings;
Meeting with tenants on a regular basis to maintain open lines of communication;
Any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing of all vacant spaces;
Timely response to all tenant issues;
Efficient collection of receivables and collection of outstanding rent and other charges from tenants;
Timely completion of routine checklist to serve as an information tool for proactive maintenance of properties;
Collaboration with other departments with the company to ensure an efficient delivery of service to all stakeholders;
Must have access to a reliable vehicle
Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of CMMS
Knowledge Estate Management Principles
PC Literate (MS Office)
Knowledge of Local Laws and Regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
Associate or first Degree in Business Management, Property Management, Land Law, Estate Management or Surveying and Land Information or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
Must own a reliable vehicle
