Collections Officer

Provide support by rehabilitating all delinquent accounts by recovery of funds, where tardiness and/or non-payment arise over the course of repayment of the loan facility.

A reputable company within the financial industry is seeking to fill the position of Collections Officer on contract for a six (6) month period.

Experience & Qualifications

• In-depth experience in the review of delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate action to ensure collection or recovery within the shortest possible time frame and at minimum cost and or five [5] years in a similar or related position.
• Minimum of five [5] CXC/ O’ Level passes including English A and Mathematics (General Proficiency, Grade II minimum).
• Two [2] CAPE/A’ Levels and/or Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or related discipline desirable or related combination of qualifications and experience.
• Certificate in Debt Collection Techniques.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related discipline desirable. 
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Business Applications.
