Position Overview
The Client Relationship Officer, Investment is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized investment advice, and delivering exceptional service to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role involves managing client accounts, offering tailored investment solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and investment-related needs.
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide appropriate solutions.
  2. Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management
    • Assess clients’ risk tolerance, financial situation, and investment goals.
    • Provide expert advice on investment strategies, products, and services.
    • Develop customized investment portfolios aligned with clients’ objectives.
    • Regularly monitor and review portfolio performance, recommending adjustments as necessary.
  3. Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Conduct presentations and investment seminars to attract prospective clients.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage loyalty and referrals.
  4. Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of client transactions, communications, and account activities.
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on portfolio performance and market trends to clients.
  5. Market Research and Knowledge Development
    • Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and investment products.
    • Provide clients with timely insights and analysis to inform their investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative investment solutions.
