Our client, a leading beverage manufacturer, is currently seeking to recruit an inspirational leader for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be required to successfully lead the organisation’s collection of brands both locally and internationally, through a time of dynamic change and expansion.

Together with the Board of Directors, the CEO will define and articulate the strategy and vision of the organisation and will develop and continue the entity’s sustainable growth as a global leader. The CEO will ensure the alignment of the organisation’s mission, values, and long-term vision with operational performance and stakeholder engagement. He/she will drive innovation, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance shareholder value while maintaining excellence in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketeer possessing demonstrable experience in driving local and export market expansion and operational scalability whilst providing strong, visible and inspired leadership with passion, respect, and integrity. Candidates must have a proven track record in a senior executive position with the ability to lead company-wide transformational initiatives, aligning functions and roles, improving operational processes and cascading the ownership of strategic and operational objectives and performance measures throughout the company.

Suitable candidates should possess a master’s degree in business administration or the equivalent along with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience at a senior management level with five (5) years in the manufacturing beverage sector. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of operational excellence, and strategic leadership, experience in leading organisational transformation and change management, with a strong background in financial oversight, compliance and risk management.
