The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Amory Bakery & Café, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high product standards, and managing staff to deliver a positive experience for all new & returning customers.

1. Team Leadership: Lead, recruit, train, and develop a
dedicated team of café staff, ensuring they are
motivated, engaged, and well-equipped to provide
excellent service. Foster a positive, collaborative work
environment.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer
enjoys a high-quality, friendly, and efficient
experience. Address customer concerns or complaints
promptly and professionally to maintain high
satisfaction.
3. Daily Operations: Oversee all operational activities,
including managing staff schedules, ordering
inventory, ensuring café cleanliness, and maintaining a
smooth workflow throughout the day.
4. Product Quality and Standards: Ensure food and
beverages are prepared according to Amory Bakery &
Café's quality standards, maintaining consistency,
freshness, and presentation.
5. Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement local
sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing strategies
to increase customer loyalty and attract new business.
6. Financial Accountability: Monitor sales performance,
track expenses, and ensure the café meets or exceeds
financial targets. Manage cash flow, reconcile daily
receipts, and monitor expenses to ensure cost control.
7. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with
local food safety regulations, including health
inspections, hygiene standards, and staff training on
proper food handling.
8. Stock Control and Inventory: Manage inventory,
order supplies, and ensure stock levels meet demand
while minimizing waste. Maintain proper storage and
rotation of stock.
9. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate
records related to sales, inventory, employee
performance, and customer feedback. Submit regular
reports on operational performance and goals.
