and play a key role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Sales
 Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
 Manage a calendar of prospecting activities, including calls, meetings, trade visits, and
industry events.
 Qualify and pursue incoming sales leads to maximize opportunities.
 Build and maintain a robust database of qualified prospects for continuous lead generation.
 Oversee and coordinate the closure of new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management & Onboarding
 Act as the primary liaison during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless collaboration
with operational and administrative teams.
 Foster strong, professional relationships with key client stakeholders to build trust and
ensure satisfaction.
Planning, Reporting, and Administration
 Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and insightful management reports.
 Maintain and manage company CRM systems, ensuring accurate client and prospecting
records.
 Support efficient collection processes in coordination with the accounting team.
Personal Attributes:
 Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
 High degree of professionalism, resourcefulness, and integrity.
 Strong presentation skills with a results-driven mindset.
 A good understanding of sales and distribution within the FMCG industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
 Diploma in Sales and Marketing (a Marketing/Business Management degree is a bonus).
 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (FMCG or distribution experience is an asset).
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
 Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
 Base Salary: $8,000/month
 Travel Allowance
 Commission on sales
 Company-provided phone, laptop, and SIM
