This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premier golf facility where you can contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of FordesGolf, including general administrative duties and promoting our services.
• Support the Golf Professional in the day-to-day running of the Performance Centre, including opening and closing, maintaining security and cleanliness, and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Provide hands-on support and golf instruction to clients, ensuring a first-class experience for all participants.
• Support clients in understanding their golf programs (online and in person) to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Play an active role in attracting new participants to FordesGolf through various marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Sound experience of playing or working in a golf course environment (ideally with a current golf handicap)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education level.
• A good understanding of the game of golf including the rules, terminology and etiquette.
• A sound understanding of the use of technology, ideally related to golf.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• A self-motivated individual with a passion for promoting and marketing golf services.
• Actively pursuing or desiring to pursue a formal golf qualification is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
