CAGE (Barbados) Inc., is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Player Acquisition Specialist, according to the following criteria:

Job Summary:

The Player Acquisition Specialist for Sports Betting is tasked with driving the growth of our player base by implementing targeted acquisition strategies. This role focuses on attracting new bettors, enhancing player engagement, and maximizing the lifetime value of each player through data-driven campaigns and relationship-building efforts.

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a similar role.
  • 1-year minimum marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience of analytical techniques in the context of engagement programs and/or direct marketing.
  • Certificate in Computer Applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer service.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Registration Device Management:

-        Manages devices (tablets, smartphones) with the necessary registration sight address.

-         Ensures devices are charged and functional before heading into the field.

  • Player Assistance:

-        Approaches players directly in their communities, and other public places as the local laws would permit us to do so.

-        Clearly explains the digital registration process and assist players in navigating the software.

  • Digital Form Completion:

-        Helps players fill out digital registration forms on the mobile devices.

-        Ensures all required fields are completed accurately.

-        Assists players in uploading necessary documentation, such as identification and proof of eligibility.

  • Verify Information:

-        Check the authenticity of player information and documents provided on the spot.

-        Ensures all digital forms are accurately and thoroughly completed before submission.

  • Address Inquiries:

-        Responds to players questions and concerns about the digital registration process, rules, and any other related queries.

-        Provides information on upcoming events, deadlines, and other important details.

  • Maintain Digital Organization:

-        Keeps all digital registration materials (mobile devices, chargers) organized and ready for use.

-        Ensures all data collected is securely stored and backed up.

  • Follow-Up Registrations:

-        Reaches out to players who have incomplete registrations or who need to provide additional documentation.

-        Assists with follow-up sessions to ensure all interested players can register.

  • Community Engagement:

-        Actively engages with the community to promote the digital registration process and encourage participation.

-        Distributes promotional materials and provide information about the benefits of registering and participating.

  • Report Issues:

-        Reports any issues or challenges encountered during the digital registration process to the Team Leader.

-        Provides feedback on ways to improve the digital registration process and player experience.

  • Technical Troubleshooting:

-        Handles basic technical issues with mobile devices and registration software.

-        Coordinates with technical support for more complex problems.
