Sales & Marketing Analyst

Collins Limited is a leading pharmaceutical distribution company committed to excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction. We are recruiting a Sales & Marketing Analyst to play a crucial role in shaping our Sales and Marketing strategies and driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and market data to inform strategic decisions throughout the region.
• Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies with the aim of achieving targets, maximizing sales and profitability, forecasting sales trends and providing superior service to customers
• Creating detailed reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance against targets.
• Providing consistent feedback to key stakeholders on Sales, and performance of marketing strategies.
• Supervising and supporting the sales team in gathering accurate data and executing strategies effectively.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
• Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field of study.
• At least five (5) years post qualification experience in a similar analyst role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer sales would be an asset.
• Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to effectively deliver results under pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Local travel required; must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
• Overseas travel required; must have and maintain a valid passport and requisite visas.
