KNOWLEDGE | ▪ Basic Principles of Administration. ▪ Domain of different types of interviews (group, individual, by competitions) ▪ Management of Microsoft Office and the Internet. ▪ Knowledge in the application and interpretation of psych technical tests and/or tools of evaluation. ▪ Knowledge of LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR. ▪ Union bargaining. ▪ Migratory processes. ▪ STPS standards. |
EXPERIENCE | ▪ 2 years minimum in the position |
▪ Verify that the care provided to all employees within the area of Human Resources and the company in general is adequate, efficient and cordial.
▪ Follow up on all corporate requirements.
▪ Manage the resources available for the operation of the department.
▪ Monitor the correct application of the different services offered to all company collaborators: personnel transport, laundry, dining room, collaborators, bathrooms, dressing rooms and lockers, as well as the different benefits that offer to them.
▪ Supervise the proper management of the staff (staffing guide) according to the requirements established by the corporation.
▪ Attend weekly meetings of the executive committee and operations to be informed and keep up to date with the events and cases that occur in the company, giving know the relevant information of the Human Resources department.
