Job Description & Duties: 

• Coordinate staff activities according to special events and setups, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct daily briefings to update department staff on daily activities and expectations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support department operations effectively.
• Supervise setup of tables, service trolleys, and room service areas for each shift.
• Inspect room setups and service items to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
• Oversee organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in warehouses and service areas.
• Ensure staff compliance with presentation and hygiene standards throughout service.
• Verify food presentation meets specified standards and guest requirements, including allergies.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of room service areas and event venues.

Requirements:

• Valid Food Handlers Permit
• Police record
• 2 passport size photograph signed and stamped by Justice of the Peace.
• Medical Certificate
• Professional Qualifications
