Human Resources Advisor

 The Human Resource Advisor must have working knowledge of Human Resource Management. He/She will play a key role in managing the company's HR functions, ensuring the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services. This role includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and update employee information using the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Database
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts/ renewals, maintain personnel files with other information.
• Prepare reports on general HR activities.
• Prepare monthly reports focusing on HR key performance indicators.
• Manage Leave Records
• Monitor Performance Management System
• Assist with Employee Relations processes to include Disciplinary Matters
• Communicate in person, via telephone calls and e-mails to Supervisory and Management levels.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administrative or Human Resources capacity in a hotel or fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local Labour Laws
• Excellent oral and writing skills.
• Good Time Management skills
• Analytical, and Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in HR Database Management
