Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, a prominent family-owned hotel chain, is seeking an Interior Design Manager to lead the renovation of our new Resort in Jamaica. With a solid track record and over 74 establishments in more than 20 destinations worldwide, we are in full expansion and looking for a professional to bring their experience and knowledge to this ambitious project.

We are hiring an Interior Designer to join de company and participating in the refurbishment of our new Resort in Jamaica.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Execution: Supervise the execution of interior design projects on-site, make modifications and adaptations as needed, and coordinate with various contractors and companies
• Budget Control: Manage the budget for the interior design aspect of the project and report on its progress.
• Timeline and Quality Management: Ensure the project adheres to execution timelines and maintain quality control.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the Executive Management of the project and corporate departments.
• On-Site Presence: Be present at the construction site until the project's completion

Profile:

• Architect or technical architect with experience in interior design.
• Availability to reside in Jamaica.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of REVIT and Office.
