The Applications Analyst has primary responsibility for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the software infrastructures and applications.
The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 70 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.

Reports to: Manager – Information Technology
Job Summary: To provide support to the IT Department as a technical lead for assigned applications. The Applications Analyst has primary responsibility for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the software infrastructures and applications. This includes overseeing practices and processes to ensure integrity, security and availability of the applications and data as part of the organisation's information systems.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for conducting analysis of the technological operations of the assigned applications and providing reports on potential risks and opportunities facing the company.
- Communicate with application vendors, financial networks, and client banks to ensure compliance with network mandates and the rapid resolution of system related problems.
- Administer and resolve application issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis. Prepare reports for all issues identified.
- Ensure that new systems, system upgrades, network compliance updates and fixes are fully tested before implementation.
- Co-ordinate and conduct testing with the networks and client banks for compliance upgrades and projects.
- Plan, execute and implement applications and configuration changes to ensure optimal system availability for all applications.
- Work closely with other departments and clients to provide support on the business and project planning side of IT related projects.
- Prepare systems, operations, and user documentation for new and changed systems and procedures. Coordinate /conduct training on new systems and procedures.
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy of the assigned application systems.
- Assist in developing annual operating budgets.
- Provide support outside regular office hours where required for upgrades and to sustain 24/7 service to customers.

Hours of Work
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.- Monday to Friday
Overtime may be required for this position
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- 5+ years information technology experience with a track record of success
- Experience supporting Credit/Debit card processing applications would be an asset
- Working knowledge of querying and reporting from relational databases, and report writing software such as Crystal Report Writer or Power BI
