Systems Officers provide back-office data processing functions that enable 4CS staff to execute their responsibilities within their relevant business processes.

The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 70 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.

Reports to: Manager-Information Technology

 

Job Summary:

Systems Officers provide back-office data processing functions that enable 4CS staff to execute their responsibilities within their relevant business processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Perform the Daily data processing function as it relates to the timely, efficient completion of data processing tasks as outlined in the Systems Task list procedures documentation.
  • Monitor system statuses according to outlined procedures.
  • Provide support to the Network administration team in the areas of user network access, troubleshooting PC support issues
  • Provide internal support and document all issues as identified.
  • Ensures that approved data security and operating policies of the company are adhered to as it relates to the use and operations of the assigned application.
  • Ensure that access to data or applications is granted in a secure and duly authorized manner
  • Provide timely feedback to the Supervisor and other departments relative to processing issues and other potential issues.
  • Ensure that the department’s service levels and management of cases as assigned are effectively maintained. To this end, the Helpdesk (Case Management Tool) must be updated and cases responded to as prescribed.

HOURS OF WORK   

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.

Current Shift Hours 7am – 3 pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm-7a.m.

Shifts are rotated and candidate must be available to work shifts as scheduled

Candidate must be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidays

 

Education and Experience

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology
  • 1+ years information technology experience
  • Demonstrate competence in the management, maintenance of Microsoft Windows based operating systems
  • Professional Certifications such as CompTIA A+ will be an asset

 

Salary

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
