JOB PURPOSE
Interface with other managers within the Capita Financial Group and with customers and visitors ensuring you project a positive image. Prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, undertake filing, and answer phones utilising a broad range of computer applications, especially Word and Excel. |
Duties and Responsibilities
a) collating, drafting and distributing the agenda
b) attending meetings to take minutes
c) typing and distribution of minutes to defined deadlines.
d) Maintaining a list of action points and following through and chasing all relevant parties to ensure action points are resolved.

b) preparing reports and statistics as required.
