Supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate and compliant accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy.
  • Processing payments, monitoring outstanding invoices, and sending reminders for overdue payments.
  • Email customer statements, conduct payment follow-ups and update customer accounts.
  • Reconciling various accounts, such as petty cash, supplier accounts, and internal financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining organized financial records, and supporting documentation for audit purposes.

 Qualification 

  • A minimum of five (5) GCE/CSEC including English Language and Accounts.
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting
