The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting, financial management, and compliance, along with industry-specific experience. This role requires a high level of expertise, analytical ability, and a commitment to excellence in financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific financial standards.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor inventory costs, pricing, and valuation specific to the janitorial and chemical industry.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for financial growth.
• Coordinate and manage annual audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA designation preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting roles, with a preference for experience in the janitorial or chemical industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
