How You Will Impact The Business

• Maintain and grow your book of business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Pursue organizational synergies to expand the overall market share of the company through effective cross selling
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels
• Engage with clients and prospective clients through meetings and presentations
• Ensure the delivery of cost effective, professional and client-focused service
• Assess account queries and provide effective resolutions
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners

Education and Experience

• Professional insurance qualification (such as ACII, CII, CPCU, CIP) will be an asset.
• University degree in Management, Business Administration or other related field is desired
• At least 5 years’ experience in an insurance broking or underwriting environment
