Restaurants of Jamaica Limited (ROJ), Operators of KFC and Pizza Hut brands, is seeking the services of highly driven, business minded and team oriented professionals to join its operations management team in the capacity of Area Managers, for various regions.   

The Area Managers work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Restaurant Managers to ensure the long-term success of all restaurants.  The ideal candidates should possess: 

•	Experience managing multiple sites, availability to travel across the island, and willingness to work flexible hours. 
•	Experience working with dynamic groups and managing people to ensure behavior aligns with the organization’s culture and core values.
•	Above average people management skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy to be able to work through people. 
•	Experience auditing production processes and implementing corrective measures to optimize employee performance and operational efficiency.  
•	Ability to interpret financial data and execute cost management and sales and marketing initiatives to drive profitability. 
•	Knowledge of food safety, OHS, and customer service best practices, with a deep commitment to superior standard in quality assurance, customer engagement and employee safety. 
•	Excellent communication, people relations, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
•	A first degree in management studies, operations management, or production management, along with four years related experience.
