Job Description:
Chat/Email Specialists provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by quickly answering online chat/email requests from consumers. Each Chat/Email Specialist is responsible for having dynamic conversations that assist the consumer in their shopping process and result in the consumer wishing to do business with our customers. Conversations are not scripted. Chat/Email Specialists need to think quickly to provide a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs. Therefore, the ability to multi-task, research, improvise, and type quickly is a must. All communication with consumers takes place via our custom developed, web-based live chat console. This is not a sales position; however, each Chat/Email Specialist is responsible for meeting monthly metrics.
Essential Functions:
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming chats/emails.
Responds to incoming chats/emails according to established department policies and procedures.
Works closely with mentors, team leaders and chat/email management team to provide quality conversations to our customers and represent our clients in an effective and efficient manner.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding chat/email and/or customer concerns.
Partners with management team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Regular on-site attendance; strict adherence to the Chat/Email Services Attendance Policy.

Qualifications:
Must be able to type 30 WPM.
Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information.

Career oriented and professional
Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus.
Fluent in multiple languages/bilinguals is a plus.
