Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding order issues, including personalized content and order details.
- Adhere to performance metrics for contacts, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
- Gather customer information thoroughly to assess needs and educate them about our products and services.
- Aim for one-call resolution for customer issues, with appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Balance company policy with customer satisfaction in decision-making.
- Recommend improvements based on customer feedback regarding merchandising and site usability.
- Process, track, and close orders efficiently using our internal fulfillment system.
Skills Required:
- Strong computer skills, proficient in web navigation and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on proper grammar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to manage resolutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong listening skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to adhere to processes and guidelines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Education:
- CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds required.
- Heart NVQJ certification or Associates Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in Customer Service, Retail Sales, or E-Commerce.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- A willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
