Workover Lead

To oversee the successful implementation of workover and interventions services and programs that impact well performance and increase production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the planning and execution of workover programs including heavy workover programs.
• Ensures that technical scopes of work for work over, long lead items are properly prepared and made ready for tendering process.
• Conducts meetings and workshops between Company and all service providers to discuss completions and workover programs, identifies and mitigates risks jointly and plans execution from mobilization to demobilization.
• Provides technical advice to Asset and Engineering Team in preparation of workover programs and other alterations, use of tools and equipment and advice on initial completions procedures.
• Partners with Asset Team on completion scenarios and agrees on final completion concepts
• Executes plug and abandonment programs.
• Conducts surveillance of day-to-day workover progress to the Program is conducted applying the best technology, and proposes modifications, if required.
• Analyzes workover performance to improve efficiencies.
• Provides onsite support during problematic well work situations as required.
• Reviews and recommends for approval systems, methods and technologies to improve rig and work over efficiencies and operations.
• Monitors and manages contractor performance to ensure resources are available to support implementations activities.
• Provides assurance of compliance with Asset Management Systems and Procedures. 
• Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
