Responsibilities

  • You will develop interfaces between our platform and industrial systems, create modern web-based dashboards for manufacturing processes, and implement real-time alerting mechanisms. Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional, sophisticated features
  • This involves building both backend services and frontend applications, ensuring smooth data flow from industrial systems to user interfaces, and implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions.
  • You will also develop system-wide testing frameworks and create intuitive visualizations for operational data.
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed for front-end with server-side logic
  • Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional, sophisticated features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
  • Developing front end web applications to support data analytics servers
  • Create technical specifications and test plans
  • Documenting code so other developers can understand and contributes to it
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Identify areas of improvements in our frameworks, tools and processes
  •  Participate in programs that align to mission, vision and values of the company
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Building and maintaining database
  • Web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, etc.
  • API design and development
  • CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
  • RESTful Services
  • Develop great code, ensuring quality with unit tests where appropriate
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards, code integrity and Understanding and implementation of security and data protection

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of industry experience developing software applications including: analysis design, coding, testing, deploying and supporting of applications
  • Proven experience creating first-class, clean and intuitive user interfaces
  • Technical experience with jQuery, PHP, Vue, WordPress, Angular.js, React, TypeScript, CSS3, Node.js, Peer.js, Java, Python, XML, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript/Typescript, C#, HTML5 and related libraries and extensions (JSON, Bootstrap, data via REST)
  • Working experience with APIs and third-party libraries
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks and component libraries
  • Expertise in backend development with Python
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols and control systems
  • Experience building responsive, real-time web applications
  •  Background in full stack application architecture, strong understanding of common backend system integration/web services, memory management, both with and without ARC, and multitasking techniques with potential areas of risk
  • Experience with real-time data visualization libraries
  • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles
  • Experience with WebSocket protocols for real-time updates
  • Knowledge of modern build tools and frontend optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
  •  Strong communication and collaboration skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development practices
  • Experience with Git, including understanding of branching and merging workflows
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and independently with minimum supervision.
