The Wealth Advisor will develop strategies to increase market share in the assigned region by providing financial solutions to clients. The role includes client relationship management and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans to achieve targets.
• Create prospecting lists, conduct needs analysis, and provide tailored financial planning services.
• Sell financial solutions to individuals and corporations, meeting value and volume targets.
• Manage assigned client investment portfolios.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Offer guidance aligned with company strategy.
• Analyze macro-economic data to recommend client solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).

Special Skills/Qualifications

• Strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent sales, marketing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and profitability goals.
