Agents receives calls from customers, they will assist them by providing appropriate assistance/help which may include (but not limited to, General Inquiries, Upgrade/Downsize/Cancellation, Adjust Delivery Schedules, makes the appropriate recommendations for customers, Update Customer Profile.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 CXC subjects including English Language is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience in sales, collections and/or retention.
  • Strong Soft Skills required
  • Candidate must be computer literate.
  • Candidate must possess a Valid ID, TRN, and NIS.
  • Candidate must be 18 years or older to be considered.
  • Flexible to work any assigned Shift any day of the week including weekends and public holidays.
  • HEART/NTA Customer Service Certificate is accepted.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM.
  • Balanced in terms of delivering utmost quality customer experience and possessing good negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving skills- ability to access and research multiple sources of data.
  • You must be able to handle push backs from customers who wants to cancel.
  • The ideal applicant must be proficient in time management.
  • You must be able to handle your calls in a polite way while being patient in handling difficult customers.
